Search the web and we doubt you will find another Maturation cellar at 12.5 deg Celsius temperature - it just costs too much for electricity to drive large compressors 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is why some others choose 14 to 18 deg.

At 12.5deg c, Grange will last as long as 50 years. It may cost more to drive the temperature controlled compressors but with
a certificate stating the provenance, I know which bottle I would rather pay a high price for at auction.
